Our story: Tucson-rooted since 1981

Hi — I’m Al Coronado. I started this company in 1981 because I saw plumbing as more than a necessity. It was a chance to learn a trade, do honest work, and support the community my family calls home. Forty-five years later, that’s still the whole business plan.

Tucson taught us most of what we know. Desert-hard water scales up water heaters years ahead of schedule, caliche soil fights every sewer excavation, and midtown homes still carry galvanized pipe older than the interstate. We learned this city’s plumbing house by house, and generations of the same families keep calling us back.

What started with one truck has grown into a 30-person team — but growth was never the point. Doing the work right was. That’s why we built the Coronado Home Services Institute, our in-house training program that teaches the next generation of Tucson plumbers to diagnose, repair, and install to our standard before they ever ring your doorbell.
